RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All apparel products sold by Jus Tees are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because products are made-to-order, all sales are considered final unless an error is made by Jus Tees.
CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS
Custom apparel, uploaded artwork orders, personalized items, Design Studio projects, and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer error or change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong garment color
• Uploading incorrect artwork
• Uploading low-resolution artwork
• Providing incorrect spelling, names, dates, or information
• Approving artwork that contains errors
• Changing your mind after ordering
• Not liking a design after approval
• Entering an incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, artwork, sizing, colors, spelling, placement, and shipping information before placing an order and before approving artwork proofs.
IF JUS TEES MAKES AN ERROR
We stand behind our work and will work to correct any issue caused by our error.
Examples may include:
• Printing the wrong size
• Printing the wrong garment color
• Printing the wrong artwork
• Production defects
• Damage caused during production
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Photos may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Jus Tees may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion. Replacement of the product will generally be the primary remedy when an error has occurred.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase by contacting us immediately.
After this period, production planning may begin, garments may be ordered, artwork may be prepared, and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
DESIGN STUDIO PROJECTS
Design Studio projects may be canceled before design work begins.
Once design work has started, design fees, artwork fees, setup fees, consultation fees, and completed creative work are non-refundable.
ARTWORK OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
By uploading, submitting, or providing artwork, logos, images, graphics, text, or other content to Jus Tees, the customer represents that they own the rights to the submitted material or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce it.
The customer accepts full responsibility for submitted content.
Jus Tees is not responsible for researching, verifying, or determining copyright ownership, trademark rights, licensing requirements, or other intellectual property rights associated with customer-submitted artwork.
By submitting artwork and placing an order, the customer agrees to hold harmless Jus Tees, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from the use or reproduction of customer-submitted content.
Jus Tees reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, intellectual property rights, or contain unlawful or prohibited content.
