SHIPPING POLICY

At Jus Tees, most products are printed to order and production begins after an order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders typically require 1–2 business days for production before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

While many orders are completed sooner, production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, artwork requirements, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

Shipping transit times are separate from production times. Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Jus Tees is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Customers may choose free local pickup at checkout.

Tuesday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Closed Mondays

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

Rush Orders

Rush and same-day service may be available depending on production capacity and garment availability. Availability is not guaranteed and should be confirmed with Jus Tees before placing a rush order.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders, large quantity orders, and Design Studio projects may require additional production time. Estimated completion dates will be communicated when the order is accepted.

Garment Availability

In rare cases, specific garment colors, sizes, or styles may be temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives or revised production timelines.
